The Role

You’ll be part of a skilled workshop team building our range of heavy-duty drop deck widening trailers.

The role involves MIG welding and fabrication of structural components, working from engineering drawings and established build processes.

This role suits welders who value precision, efficiency and consistency, and who enjoy contributing to a team producing high-quality equipment.

What You'll Be Doing
  • MIG welding structural steel components for heavy-duty 
    trailer frames and assemblies
  • Fabricating and assembling trailer components
  • Working from engineering and technical drawings
  • Maintaining high standards of welding quality and consistency
  • Working safely and efficiently as part of the workshop team

Who We're Looking For

We’re looking for welders who take pride in producing quality work and who can work efficiently while maintaining high standards.

Applicants will ideally have experience in heavy manufacturing or structural fabrication environments and be confident working from engineering drawings.

  • Have MIG welding experience
  • Can read and interpret engineering drawings
  • Have experience in heavy manufacturing or structural fabrication
  • Work efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality

What Else You Should Know
  • This is a permanent, full-time position 
  • Pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screening will be required
  • As part of the recruitment process, applicants will complete a short welding test so we can see your workmanship
